Mission
This conclave aims to empower young women by encouraging them to pursue their goals, step into various leadership positions, and pursue their true passions. Women will be inspired by this gathering and seek to explore their abilities and become outstanding decision-makers who go beyond the limitations of standard job pathways. The knowledge that our honorable guest speakers impart will open the door to networking opportunities, panel discussions, and a host of other relevant events that will undeniably inspire young people and highlight the many accomplishments of prominent women in their fields of expertise. This summit will increase awareness of the potential for women in diverse themes that include business, policy, academia, technology, art, and leadership.
About WILC-2023
Beginning a new era, GNITS-initiated Women In Leadership Conclave'23 (WILC'23) providing aspiring women leaders with a platform where they can discuss, deliberate, learn, and network with people from various backgrounds as well as associate with young aspirants. This is a podium of opportunities for women to bring about a change, which aims to instill a sense of drive within themselves. This grand event is scheduled to take place on the 8th and 9th of March, 2023 at GNITS on the occasion of International Women's day.
