The Women's Leadership Conclave (WLC) 2024, which occurred on March 6th and 7th, represented the second edition of this forward-thinking initiative. Remarkably, it was spearheaded by G. Srividya Reddy, Vice Chairperson of GNITS and Chairperson of CIIWIN. Notably, WLC 2024 stood out as a student-organized affair intricately woven into the fabric of International Women's Day celebrations. Under the theme "Her Legacy: Empowering Women Leaders for a Sustainable Tomorrow," the event embodied a collective effort to acknowledge, honor, and cultivate the impactful contributions of women in steering us towards a more sustainable and just future.
